This Beaux Arts-style apartment building with Moderne sculptural accents was designed by C. Waldo Powers in the 1920s. Keeping with the charm of the era, it still has a grand lobby, and many of the apartment homes feature exposed brick walls and original hardwood floors. We offer two different floor plans with Studio and one-bedrooms to choose from. Our floor plans have two-tone designer paint, a gas range, a pantry, and a pedestal sink in the bathroom.
